The central role of the learner in using the CEFR and the ELP
24-26 November 2011 in Groningen, the Netherlands
Between 24 and 26 November 2011, the Language Centre of the University of Groningen, in cooperation with CercleS (the federation of Language Centres in Europe) and NUT (the society of Dutch-language University Language Centres), organized the seminar Ten Years of the Common European Framework of Reference and Ten Years of the European Language Portfolio.
Over 150 participants, most from universities all over Europe and some from further afield, can look back on a very successful, informative and inspiring seminar and a pleasant stay in Groningen.
Video recordings of the keynote speeches by David Little, Rolf Schärer and Wander Lowie will shortly be available via the conference website.
The handouts from the 36 presentations during the parallel sessions will also be made available via the website.
